What kind of salary are you worth? 
1.This should be relative to my contribution to <company>. While I expect an increase to make a move, I’m sure you will be fair. 

2. I’m sure whatever you offer will be a fair amount for person with my qualifications. Salary is not the most important factor to me. I’m looking for an opportunity and new challenges.
