Successful launch of MPLOYR Alberta and Ontario

Last week, we were able to successfully launch MPLOYR Alberta and MPLOYR Ontario, not because of us but because of you. You wanted the extended service and we listened. We were able to grow because of the feedbacks we received from you. Thank you. We would like to thank all the groups involved who helped us as we could not have done it without you. Thank you!

We’re extremely excited and would like to share this enthusiasm with you as this growth tells us that we’re doing something useful for the IT community in Canada. We would like to reaffirm our commitment to offering a simple and useful medium that will be used for the benefit of both IT employers and job seekers.

About Start-up Index

The index ranks Vancouver area tech start-ups based on an average of Alexa and Compete traffic rankings. Criteria and other details are available on the Start-up Index page.

We’re extremely excited about the traffic rank of MPLOYR.COM. In just few months, our Alexa ranking has increased by 388%. Compete on the other hand has not given us any data to gauge the performance of the site. That’s okay. We both love you. =)

We’ve received few reports that our email verification process is sending duplicate emails. The first email is when the job is posted and the other at a different time. We are currently investigating.

Hello folks,

You may have noticed that mployr.com/express is now redirecting to http://express.mployr.com . This change was influenced to help increase its representation in search results.

The blocks on MPLOYR Express had also been re-organized.

As the site grows, an important aim for us is to make MPLOYR readily available to our users wherever they may be. We are looking into providing, adopting and promoting a mobile strategy and wish to let our users know of this exciting feature. The launch date has yet to be determined but our small team is working hard to deliver this service for your convenience.
