When looking for your dream job you must follow these three golden rules. The first criteria you must look for in a job are the skills involved. It is the use of your beautify God given talents and interests that will make you the happiest. The second factor you must consider is the company culture. Would you get along with the people at the company? To find this out during your interview, say: “I work best with this kind of colleague and boss. Do you have that?” The third issue is the industry in which you work. Take this into consideration last.

MAKE A DECISION
The greatest barrier to career advancement is the fear of making a career mistake. This causes you to be indecisive. Not making a decision is a decision to remain stuck.
